Password changing - Guild Wars Forums

Does anyone else think that the way they have it set up to change your password is rediculously stupid? Well I do, i tried to change my pass not 2 days ago because i found a keylogger on my pc. After an HOUR of trying to change it I couldn't. I would log into GW and go to account setting and change password, it gives me a link to plaync i click it. So it tells me I have to make a master account on plaync, I do that, then it says i have to ADD games to the master list in order to change my password, it asks me for my serial number. Well I don't know my factions access key or my prophecies because i bought them online, and my Nightfall access key I do have but its 30 characters long and the serial number field on plaync is only 25 long.... Is this stupid or is it jsut me? plz help, id rather not have my account stolen from a keylogger because i couldn't change my pass.
